I’ve worn the FitBit Charge HR for a little over a week now, and while the data it records is sometimes a bit disheartening, it’s made me aware of how much more I need to move. I consciously get up from my desk and walk around outside for 15 minutes or so. I’ve only hit the 10K step goal once, but hopefully with time I can make it a consistent thing.

Dustin bought the regular Charge (no heart rate monitor) and comparing my daily step count to his was really eye-opening. His work requires him to constantly walk around while mine is the opposite. We’re currently competing against each other for the most steps in a workday week and so far he’s 8K steps ahead of me. Hopefully I can hustle and catch up.
